Riley Tonight's session was with my cousin, Riley! Besides getting to do it with family, this shoot was special because it took place at their family's farm! I LOVE getting to work with people that are down for anything- and this girl was. She was climbing walls, lying on the ground, and walking through soybean fields (all while battling extreme heat and attack mosquitoes; but you could never tell with how effortless she makes it look). Her little brother so graciously drove us around to each "location" on a golf cart, and made a fantastic assistant. And come on... a GIANT American flag hanging from the barn- how could we not get pictures there?? Riley- it was such a joy to hang out with you and spend time thinking about the amazing person you've grown into. You are going to do amazing things! 2021
Mikayla Today I got to hang out with Mikaya. We went to a local park and... how lucky did we get with that fall color?? We spent the time talking about her future plans, her school life, how she balances work/ classes/ cheerleading/ and extra curriculars. This girl is such an inspiration, and a joy to be around. Her kindness and selflessness shows in every aspect of her life and I'm so happy to get the chance to capture these pictures with her. Congrats on graduating Mik- your future is so bright :) 2020
Bryan I can't handle this. This dude. My little bry, is not so little anymore. I'm gonna attempt to not go on and on about this guy but bare with me if I do. Not quite sure where to even start! I have known Bryan since he was practically a baby- growing up, he was like a little brother to me; and boy oh boy do I wish this was the platform for "then and now" photos because I have never laughed so hard than with this goofball. This poor kid let me practice my 15 year old hair cutting skills, his brother, JJ, and I spent hours upon hours dressing him up, painting his face, and shoving branches through his bike tires as he rode down the hill only to watch him fly off (he asked us to!). I'll never forget the songs you used to sing me in the car, the "dares" you would have us dare you to do **remember the saleswoman at the shoe store??** our intense Power Ranger games, WWE watching, QB sneaks during backyard football games, and Sunday morning music videos. I'll stop now lol, but, what I want to say is- Bryan, I have loved watching you grow into this confident, goofy, life-loving person, don't change that. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for you. Remember, I'll love ya till the donkey jumps over the moon! 2017
Dan Once again, another special senior shoot for the books. I've known Dan since we were kids, in fact, his sister and I are best friends; and we've had a lot of fun over the years from pipe cleaner rings to Power Ranger marathons, (sorry for all of the dress-up, Dan... and for making your GI Joes be Barbie's BF). Anyway, this session was a lot of fun for me, not only did I get to photograph him and his sister for a little, but it was a time to take a step back and see how grown up this guy now is and what an awesome person he has become. So proud of you for graduating, love you bud and good luck at Penn Tech. WE IS! :) 2016
Danny It means a lot getting to photograph people I'm close with. I've known Danny for a long time, but this summer I had the privilege of chaperoning a mission trip he was a part of. Believe me when I tell you that this guy is as good as they come, I've never met someone his age with his confidence, character, and kindness. You're going to do great things at PSU, Danny. WE ARE! :) 2016
JJ So... where to begin with this one. I have known J his entire life basically, so this shoot was extra special to me. We did these on our family vacation in the OBX, NC and I don't know about him, but I had so much fun. It's crazy seeing how grown up this kid has become; it seems like just yesterday we were finding bottles in the junk yard, sliding/ pushing Bryan (his brother) down the stairs in our sleeping bags, and sneaking midnight Oreos when our parents went to bed. I feel like I can honestly say no one gets me quite like him :) Congrats on making it to senior year bud, can't wait to see what else you accomplish! (Also, how cute are him and Bryan at the bottom??) I love you dude. 2015
Clair The day started out rocky when two of our desired locations fell through but Clair was such a good sport and just took everything in stride. Luckily her mother and sister were there for moral and humorous support as she got her photos taken. I had her on bridges, in the woods, sitting on rocks, and even did most of this in her PROM DRESS, how cool is she folks?? :) But really... her naturally smiley, (occasionally clumsy lol), gorgeous and silly self made this shoot a blast, and definitely one for the books! Congrats on graduating!! 2015
Kristin So these especially are near and dear to me, as these are taken of one of my lovely roommates in college! Kristin and I met before freshman year of college and we decided we wanted to live together. It's been 4 years and we are still BFF's, I'm so glad she asked me to take photos of her in the oh-so-lovely caps and gowns we wore. So go Kris! And congrats to the Ursinus Class of 2015, We did it!! :) ((also, she has 4 all-american's in gymnastics)) 2015
